Injury clouds star wideout's availability for NFC Championship

Samuel's injury is a significant concern for the 49ers, as the versatile playmaker has been a key contributor throughout the season. Last year, he missed three games due to a similar-looking shoulder injury against the Cleveland Browns. During that three-game stretch, the 49ers went 0-3.
